I WANT TO TELL YOU by Leslie Jacobson & Roy Barber is a 45-minute
musical funded in part by the Bridge Builders Foundation to support
safe schools for all students. Created to inspire dialogue around
self-acceptance and tolerance, the play focuses on the special
vulnerability of gay students and teachers in today's high schools.
Created through a process of acting and writing workshops with
youth at the Sexual Minority Youth Assistance League (SMYAL) and
a variety of interviews with lesbian and gay teachers, this musical
is a powerful cry for new alliances to form between the straight
and glbt community. Please join us for this incredible event.
