Guest Speaker - Executive Director of national PFLAG - David Tseng
A nationally recognized pension and health care expert, Tseng
also served as chief assistant treasurer for the City and County
of San Francisco, a benefits policy advisor for the U.S. Department
of Labor and an attorney in private practice in Los Angeles. Tseng
is the first gay man and first person of color to serve as the
organization's executive director.

He became America's first openly gay Congressman in 1987. Congressman
Frank is on the committee on Financial Services where he serves
as the Senior Democrat. He also serves on the Committee on the
Judiciary. One of Congress's most outspoken liberals, he never
shys away from controversy.
